Therapy
Finding a trustworthy therapist can make life’s darkest moments more bearable. My work with adults, couples, children, adolescents, and their parents is done with curiosity and candor.
Adults
Together, we will uncover what hinders your aspirations, explore unsettling tendencies, understand repetitive patterns in your relationships, and reveal what inhibits you from feeling emotionally fulfilled. My work also sources itself in the body, and I will aid you in contending with how to live in yours. Through our work together, you will come to know yourself in a way you haven’t before.
Couples
Sustained intimacy is often complicated terrain. Together, we understand the patterns that influence how you and your partner relate. I then aid you to move beyond these repetitive dynamics to more satisfying ways of connecting.
Children
Children and adolescents face timeless and unique challenges today. Growing up has never been easy—from navigating social dynamics, changing bodies, academic stressors, familial changes, and the struggles of developing one’s identity. However, today young people experience unprecedented pressures related to the digital world, intensified academic competition, climate anxiety, and a volatile political landscape.
Being a parent means navigating these fraught realities alongside your child. In addition to meeting with your child and adolescent, I also meet with you regularly to share your child’s progress, discuss what’s causing distress, and ensure we're working together to foster their growth and resilience.
If you think you might work well with me, or that I might work well with your child or teen, please reach out.

Teaching
I teach interdisciplinary courses on psychoanalysis, gender, sexuality, and clinical practice. I pair theoretical readings with literature and film, helping students think critically and expansively about the therapeutic encounter.
